According to the "Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the following information regarding the "Environmental Impact Report (Draft for Comments) of the Harmless Comprehensive Utilization Project for Kitchen Waste, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Meat Resources by Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd." is hereby announced to the public:
(1) The online link to the full draft for comments, as well as instructions on how to access and review the printed report.

2. The paper-based draft Environmental Impact Report (for public consultation) is available for review at the office of Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Members of the public are welcome to contact the project proponent to arrange a visit. Review hours: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM on weekdays.

(IV) Ways and channels for the public to submit comments:
The public can submit completed public feedback forms—or any other preferred method provided by the project proponent—via letter, fax, email, or through other channels within the specified timeframe, to express their views and suggestions related to the environmental impact of the project. When submitting comments, the public is encouraged to provide valid contact information. Additionally, members of the public are welcome to share their opinions using their real names and include their permanent residential addresses.
(5) Deadline for public comments: February 1, 2024 – February 19, 2024 (total of 10 working days).
