The "Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Harmless Comprehensive Utilization Project of Kitchen Waste, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Meat Resources" by Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has been completed and will now be submitted to the competent environmental protection authority for approval. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the full text of the report and the public participation explanation are hereby made publicly available.

The "Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Harmless Comprehensive Utilization Project of Kitchen Waste, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Meat Resources by Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd." has been completed and will now be submitted to the competent environmental protection authority for approval. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures on Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessments" (Ministry of Ecology and Environment Order No. 4), the full text of the report along with the public participation explanation is hereby made publicly available as follows:

Project Name: Harmless Comprehensive Utilization Project of Kitchen Waste, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Meat Resources by Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Construction Location: Yangtiao Garden Industrial Zone, Gangtou Village, Yanhong Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City

Project Overview: The Harmless Comprehensive Utilization Project for Kitchen Waste, Aquatic Products, and Frozen Meat Resources of Shantou Lianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is located in Yangtiao Garden Industrial Zone, Gangtou Village, Yanhong Town, Chenghai District, Shantou City. The project focuses on the harmless and comprehensive utilization of kitchen waste, aquatic products, and frozen meat resources, with a designed processing capacity of 60,000 tons/year for kitchen waste and 80,000 tons/year for aquatic products and meat. The primary products will include black soldier fly products, meat and bone meal, and industrial-grade oils. Key construction components of the project include a kitchen waste-to-feed processing facility, an aquatic product and frozen meat harmless treatment workshop, a black soldier fly breeding area, a black soldier fly deep-processing plant, an oil-refining workshop, a boiler room, office buildings, as well as dedicated facilities such as a product warehouse, raw material cold storage, oil storage tank area, general solid waste storage, hazardous waste storage, bran temporary storage, a wastewater treatment station, and exhaust gas treatment systems. Total investment for the project is RMB 65 million, with approximately RMB 10 million allocated to environmental protection measures.
